Contract, Rates, Rules & Reservations

 

Cottage & Studio Cost:

Cottage Per Day: $98.00 per couple
Studio (Room) Per Day: $65.00 per couple

 Hawaiian continental breakfast provided

 $15.00 per day for additional person
up to (4) people

additional (2) bedding (roll aways) available upon request.
for more than (4) people in cottage
(6) maximum

10% discount (7 days and over)

*Hawaii state taxes are not included in rates .11417%
 
 
 

Cancellation  Policy

One night's payment is required in advance to hold reservations for stays of (1-3) nights. Reservations for more than (3) nights require a 50% deposit.

If reservations are canceled (2) weeks prior to arrival date, all deposits received shall be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled within
the (2) weeks of arrival date, the deposit shall be forfeited.

*There will be no refunds of deposit for canceled reservations during special holidays:
Christmas/New Years (Dec.15 through Jan.15)
Merry Monarch Festivals (April 1-15) Thanksgiving (Nov. 15-30)

Property Rules

                * No smoking inside house
                * No excessive Alcohol drinking
                * No illegal drugs
                * Respect privacy of other guest and management
                * Check-in between 1:00pm and 8:00pm
                * Check-out by 10:00am
               (unusual check in & out times need to be pre-arranged by management)
                * No unreasonable loud noises or music
                * Please No outside shoes inside house
                * No lit candles or open flames inside house
`               * Phone courtesy on guest phones (one number)
                * Use of Pavilion (jacuzzi, picnic area, & grill) is open, unless
                   prior reservations (weddings,birthday parties,meetings etc.)
                   are made with management
                * No splashing, jumping, or diving in jacuzzi
                * Parents or guardians are responsible for their children
                * Do not damage or pick plant and flowers, unless authorized
                * Billing person responsible for cost of, or replacement of all
                   damages caused by negligence
                * Please have a safe and enjoyable vacation  **Give Aloha**
